2 2nd Wife is one of the best Pakistani cuisine in city. Prior, 2nd Wife was not doing any marketing or promotional activity. Just print advertising on specific occasion (Like Ramadan, Eid etc) and social media pages with few posts in past years. So we came up with a solid and consistent marketing strategy, our goal was to boost brand’s awareness and building a strong engaging community. Also, the managment was planning to expand on other locations, so building PR in surrounding cities was another aim to work on.
02. Working Process
Instead of doing very much paid advertising, showing annoying ads to the audience, playing with the customers mind with sponsored ads and wasting clients money on paid engagements, we tried to keep it organic as much as possible. Creating engaging content, displaying people what they like, making audience to share and also we encouraged other people to create content for us and share on their social media by engaging with customers stories, posts, check-ins which definitely feels them valuable. Also, we launched different discount campaigns, bloggers events which improved the brands dine-in rate. Influencer marketing played an absolute role in building PR in the city and city surroundings.
So, now the question is “How we utilized paid advertising?”, the answer is very simple, We used budgets for promotional and discount campaigns cuz “Discount are not annoying”, it’s to provide value.

Well, from a few hundred to above one million people’s reach and 25,000 visits, every month (on google listings) is what we achieved.
The pages for the restaurant had over 13K followers on Facebook and above 2K on followers on Instagram. We tried to build an engaging community with above 10K engagements, 100K+ video views, and 100K+ page visits across social platforms.
